i keep double legging mine. However I did find a way to get an almost sideflip which might help u not land like that. Try this when you go for the sideflip, your hand thats behind you, throw it up in the same way you would do a jumpingjack, tuck from there and see if it works. For rotation you could also try to grab your thighs instead or just focus on jumping high, curling to the side without a tuck.

Dude, that is off the chart. I would never even consider this. I am forced to keep all my movements str8 forward or backward as I have screws in my back. My video is just a true gainer, not near as difficult as yours. type in kaydo 110 I wish I could try this. Just a cartwheel is uncomfortable for me. DAMM!!!! PROPS!

this is amazing!!! IT"S AWESOME!!! i have been working out ever since i can remember, so this stuff isn't TOO hard for me to pick up compared to others. But it is hard trying to train people who maybe never even try to use their upper body strength. It's like turning normal people into super soldiers. im so glad a place like this exists. @Xophein0527 They are harder. The idea with a one legged sideflip isn't to get the same amount of height as you would with two cuz that's just not going to happen. Instead try rotating faster. A good way to practice these are to step up onto a block with one leg, and push off into a sideflip.

In my opinion I think sideflips off of one leg is harder. I just can't get enough height to land it. My sideflips off of both legs are at head height. But that's my opinion. Try both and see which works best for you.

I am talking about the sideflip off one leg ^^ to me its kinda hard to perform... but we all know talking about "how hard" a trick is in general ... thats non sense, it of course differs to every single individual. Some people are more made for kicks, others for twists or flips etc... the same with the specific tricks. So "to me" the sideflip off one leg is not to be underestimated. Cheers :)

hey ill help ya.This is the one move iv'e practice for a while now. Ok you dont need to tuck your knees, gainer is just a backward rotation going forward. Its recommended unless you can jump very high though. I honestly dont like to tuck my knees in, but it does give the gainer a nice look =]

Well okay guys, i can tell you how to do this easier, i couldn't do it at first because i was way too scared. first make sure you're not nervous. It would also help if you can literaly just jump high enough to jump over the entire table. One thing you shouldnt do, think that you should lean a lot backwards when doing it.. Just jump over the table swing your feet up one after the other for momentum, push yourself forward using hands. There you go, dash vault.

ah mate same thing happened to me(this theory depends on how big the object your konging is) if the height of it is taller than your waist move onto something smaller and work up and if not u properly wanna spread your arms apart a bit more and get a bit more speed and length in your dive (well this helped me and my friend master kongs)I'm almost certain it that its mental fear so keep practicing and get back to me on if my theory worked or not

I was gonna do a shotting star press...ive done it many times before...but this day...i was to close to the edge...and on the 7th. jump..i jumped forward, and when i hit on that 7th...my leg snapped. it broke. can i give use a wee tip for doing a front flip - get a reasonable sized trampoline at start if you are scared do as the guy says in the video land on your back and but untill u get use to that then to land it you want to get a good height once you get to your highest point bring you legs into a tuck position then spin round and u may or maynot land it but i takes practice this video is a brillant example i was just givinn uu a we point :-)

nah its not i guess 14ft , i have 12ft (3.65) yoiu should pick 14ft thats perfect. I have just not enough space for backflip and more advanced things. You can do them but learning them takes more space. So take 14ft (4.05 i guess 4.25 is also good)

@frangi I started competing this year and I've lost my confidence in rotating backwards. I keep twisting when I don't want to and I'm not sure how I can overcome this obstacle. Any suggestions?

I could have done with this tutorial a couple months back, but it's still definitely not too late as I'm moving onto double fulls in the new year so all advice will be taken! Thanks Justice! I see in the comments here, you're thinking about doing one for front somersaults too? That would also be very awesome, I'm all for it :)

This is the final edit, it's completed. Well, we've come a long way...the gym has helped us learn flips, and other free-running type moves...but we haven't done much parkour...I'm trying to fix that....I want our team to be equally Parkour AND Free-Running...anywa ys enjoy the movie!
