and its important that you are not afraid. If you are afraid you cant never give 100% of you maximal power and with only 50% or less you won't make any progress. So make a fast !flat! last ante-jump so you can transmit the speed better in only vertical-direction to jump for the flip with both feets together really high into the sky ^^

you dont jump high, only forward so try to jump high only, you will hit the mat anyway :) then you must not pull your knees to chest! (against front rotation) you have to pull your feets backwards to head and your head down to knees and grap you knees be a tiny ball to rotate really fast then you will be finished with rotation before reaching the ground and you have enough time to open the ball for a straight landing. Tell me, if this help! =)

shhh a little secret, the first 3 are sped up a bit to keep the video under 40 seconds. So there is why it seems we are moving too fast. But I agree on the moving too forward. I think we all arent tucking fast enough and arent jumping strait up enough. We have been looking up videos to try to get the technique right. But watching is easier than doing. Im working on buying a trampoline so we can practice better. Thanks for commenting and advice.

Not that i can do it personally, in fact, I fail harder than you. but from watching others do tricks, I believe you guys are moving too fast, too forward. you'd be better doing it at a slower speed and flipping in far less a distance than you are now, right now all you're doing is a swanton bomb. don't take this word as fact, but look up some videos on people front flipping and study their technique. I hope this helps, since you asked for tips in your description. Also, 5 stars, my friend.

I just have two suggestions, just consider this constructive criticism When running, it looks more like parkour when sprinting. You are basically jogging. Keep your head up and look at objects coming up. When climbing walls, (i noticed at the beginning) it takes you a long time to reach the top. Parkour is used to move as efficiently as possible. Try minimizing the motion used to climb. Try to do with 6 kicks. Then 5. Then try to get down to 3.

Keep up the good work bro! I would definitely drill you're muscle ups and climb-up / top-outs. That will definitely help you pull through your wall runs better. Also, work on the transition and linking of movements. Drill linking combinations very slow, over and over again until you have them looking clean. Then speed up the movements little by little. Not bad bro...especially with your size. Your a big ass dude. If I were you I would just work on your speed. You waiting time through each moment is where you become to slow and it turns from parkour into more of just climbing and jumping stuff. Good work though bro. We can always get better.
