steps: 1) lie down on floor. 2) put ur hand back and ur plams with fingers facing shoulders by you ears. 3) now roll back on ur back (don't roll back on ur shoulders) 4) kick up hard from ur legs, and as ur lower back raises push up hard with ur palms. 5) try to kick into bridge position. 6) spread ur feet wide for landing. 7) it will take lot of practice to do this move. dont give up. 8) do this move on mats and if needed get a spotter.

Just stretch your shoulders, arms and neck. Learn Back Arch or Bridge before attempting this. and a kip up is a move in which we kick to a bridge by lying on floor. practice this exercise: lie down on the floor, put your arms back and place your palms by your ears, As you are going to do a kip up. Roll back and kick up in a bridge (keep ur palms placed, just push up and kick into bridge) do this exercise a couple of times everyday. it will help in kip ups

i have and am still trying but am just doing somethign wrong, my timing is probably off, but I just cant do them with hands. Only reason I can do them without I reckon is I have fairly long legs in proportion to my body so can build up the momentum with just those, yet adding in doing the push with the hands just thows me off completely.

just some random parkour stuff we have started to learn . will have backflips sorted in a few days as had them done at the gym iday and they werent to bad . we have promised each other when i do a backflip outside he has to frontflip. GOOD LUCK

i have to agree, but with less prejudice. The only reason people compare this to naruto is because they watch it so much that whenever they see a true art, they think it was inspired by naruto. News flash, naruto takes from true ninja technique and glorifies it like hollywood does. Just because it is shown on anime does not mean it is the wrong way of doing it. It takes an understanding of kinetics and directing the bodies inertia to do this complicated stuff.
