well thats kinda true though. It isn't about who. It's about getting yourself to jump the farthest you can jump, run the fastest you can run, train your body, mind and soul to withstand and become one. I mean I've always seen parkour as a catalyst for growth and change in yourself. Since I've started I've lost weight, gained muscle, and even made strong friends who stick by my side. Parkour is truely an amazing thing.

If you jump right and don't freak out when your feet are over your head then you wont land on your head. And it depends on who you are with the trampoline thing. If you now proper technique and you practice on a trampoline it's okay, but if you do an average trampoline backflip and you attempt to do the same technique on the ground then you will land on your head. We advise trying to find something like a wrestling mat. We don't advise grass because it will take your bounce. Thanks for watching

Awesome video, but there's only one thing wrong. For all the landings, your knees need to be at a 90° angle. Less than 90° will hurt your knees. More than 90° will hurt your thighs. Exactly 90° will have equal pressure on both parts.

Depends on the body. Jumping off something higher than a story or two as a beginner is asking for serious instant injury. But jumping off anything higher than about 5 feet as a beginner is also asking for longer term injury, so train safely! No need to do big jumps.

This really truly is the best video for rolls ive ever seen. *High fives* Im very very bony and i have my roll down but i always hit my shoulder and my hip. I did not even think about the angles or any of this. Thank you so much for making such a great video. Im sure it will help us all. Now comes the practice. @taggmaster123 I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing that you put your hands down too far back. If you stretch out a bit more (it should be a good distance between your front hand and opposite foot), you will manage a stronger roll, transfering some of that downward force (impact) to forward momentum. You need to keep the arm you roll on strong. In the video, he folds his arm under him. It is NOT a good thing to do. If you lack the forward momentum from a drop, do a backward roll instead.
