Hmmm, I didn't really get much from this tutorial, I did from watching the slo-mo several times though. It didn't explain how to get much height when taking off, nor how to peak the take-off, nor did it explain how to block correctly. I guess it wasn't a tutorial for those things though, so whether you land it or not doesn't matter, just that you follow the steps serves the purpose of the tutorial. Cheers for the effort though lads, I'm sure it will be of someone's benefit :).

Just learn more about the different ways you need to tuck. Also, your abs play a HUGE roll in tucking, because the are what draws your knees to your chest. So its important to work out your abdominal muscles for a better, easier tuck. The stronger your abs, the faster you tuck. :) simple.

Can someone help me? Im positive i can do this but im too scared of knowing when to extend after tucking. One time i tucked to long and hit the ground, elbowed myself in the chin and and made myself bite my tongue it hurt...So how do you know when to extend?
