@CaliburHal10 Thanks for the encouragement man. Im currently practicing it by practicing my landing. I get bullied and made fun of a lot because I'm super skinny and I suck at sports lol. But one thing that I've always been able to do well is "run." I think I finally found my game. I also practice by jumping over chairs and couches lol. They're not that high, but its still my first few steps to getting better. Any advice for a beginner like me?

My friend has them. Great traction. Not as good on wet ground as some other shoes though. Still better than just normal running shoes on wet though. Also, they do have padding, which isn't a good thing. Overall a great shoe with just a few weaknesses.

being a freerunner myself (who used to do solely parkour) i will say that freerunning IS kind of like parkour. yeah they are different but they still sure as hell have similarities. in my experience, people who go about smashing out the fact that "FLIPS ARE NOT PARKOUR FREERUNNING IS WASTED MOVEMENT" (not saying this is you), are mostly the people that aren't skilled or gutsy enough to execute this "wasted movement".
