anywhere u can but remember if you get moved on, dont argue they are telling you to move for your own safety, if you see a wall, vault it, jump over it, jump from another wall to that wall, you can do many things with a wall and if you are surrounded by tree's, use them!. swing through them, time yourself how fast u can go and try and beat it, but the best thing to do is to work on floor level and work your way up that is the way all the pro's started out, so keep safe, keep moving and have fun!

yeah not hating, i i guess from my own personal experience, ive found free running a bit more dangerous then parkour, cuz as most people know, parkour doesn't involve flips. just know how to roll and break your falls, have good vaults and etc. FR is all of that and flips. so yeah. thats just my opinion, any one might have a diff take on it.. but i should've said it was my opinion.

i also started at 16, with tumbling. its good to have some sort of foundation instead of jumping straight into Free run cuz it involves flips and acro movements. but parkour is easier.

Did a cool move today in the gym. Similar to the palm flip but it's an inward flip. Do the inward as you would off a wall, but this time put your arms out onto the wall and flip through them and push at the same time. I'm not sure that made sense, but basically it's a front handspring up a wall. I think its easier than doing an inward off a wall, but probably not as cool looking.
