They actually say now that stretching before you do anything stranuous on your muscles is bad. A better way to release your muscles is to warm up, jog, do little push ups and sit ups to get your body ready for more. After do some physical workout (ten minutes) Strech and your muscles will be better streched and wont feel as if they are locking up =]

I learned, when doing parkour, you need faith in your movement. And you need to develop a flow, or else you'll fall, slip, trip, die, etc.
