@TraceurLannon Yeah... It certainly is... Pause the video when he finishes his cartwheel, his feet are arranged as if he were standing straight looking in the direction of his jump, just with the back leg turned out, so what he is doing is a very loose cartwheel to front tuck.

ummmm a "cartwheel arabian" is just a cartwheel to front tuck (90 degrees does not constitute a spin) so really you have to do a round off, nice tutorial anyway.

my advice is practice rolling back wards . start in a stand drop down to roll backwards and push to land back on your feet. when u get used to the movement and momentum then start trying back flips. oh and make sure you legs are strong and well conditioned .... peace

I love 3run just as much as anyone else watching their vids, but vientosolar9 has a point. While the BHS is a simple move, there are many important things not touched on in the tutorial. Such as the snap down at the end, or how wide apart the arms should be ( a beginner may not know they should be next to your ears), or where your feet should end up after finishing the movement, because many people starting out will land with them behind their body.

I think this is probably the best tutorial you guys have ever done so far. I think the rest of your tutorials should be like this. With alot of detail, alot of tips, good balance of slow-mo and regular examples, and stressing again on the detail. @agon29 Guys. When ya get out of balance and ya will need to move to keep it, just go up and do the handstand move over again. DO NOT MOVE! If ya begin to move, it wont make ya balance better. Just redo it and try to hold it as long as possible, and then redo. (; Train hard and often and ya will get it down smoothly

How long did you learn them? I'm training it for like 2 months every day and I still can't hold more like 3 sec. I don't have problem with strenght, I can do a push-up in it(with wall), but I always loose balance :-/ I'm 190cm tall, is it a problem? I'd be thankful for any advice, peace.
