its weird when i do a "monkey" vault where i stick muh legs through both arms while goin over, iunno whi i cant get my feet to go any higher...i tried blocking...it doesnt really work tho

i like free running alot but where i live there is no where to go and since i cant drive i have to stay here how could i practise with nothing and if you have any ways of getting stuff and practising can you mail me on how

the first time i tried a vault i actually got inverted with my head close to the bar and my feet almost straight up in the air. it was fun XD i definitlly dont suggest trying it alone though

i think 8ft is pretty high for a vault i done an 8ft high one, that's how i almost broke my feet because I didn't know what was on the other side of that wall... damn

ive done some really high lazy volts like 8 ft off the ground and even then the impact isnt bad, monkey volts are the best
