@TheShowCasers Yeah I meant to say freerunning. Hah. I don't really want to do parkour, not into the flips. You don't really need to do them with anything, they just look cool. Like you said. Running from people and you just randomly do a front flip. Doesn't make any sense.

Thats ok because flips and the gymnastic freestyling moves and etc.. is in freerunning that's the diffference between parkour and freerunning,parkour is more practical, if your getting chased by a group of guys your not gonna climb a wall,run along it and do a butterfly kick yeno?

im just like you SamsportParkour. i can do all this stuff and thats about it. i do ''the cat'' very well cos there is a lot of high walls and railing were i live like at my school. keep up the good work
